RESIDENTIAL HOUSE PHOTO OFFER – FOR PRICE PLEASE ASK

House package – your house close, context within the street or general area and overhead shot. Package includes 30-45 mins flying time, 10-20 proof images to review, your chosen 3 images edited and supplied as high res digital images via download link and those images printed on 3 8″x6″ mounted prints to collect, or posted via Royal Mail (extra).

Circling the house Video – For Price please ask

COMMERCIAL BUILDING PHOTOGRAPHY – FOR PRICE PLEASE ASK

Commercial Building package – your business/warehouse/factory shot close, within the context of the general area and an overhead shot. Package includes one hour on site, agreeing brief for shoot, 40-50 mins flying time, 20-30 proof images to review, your chosen 6 images edited and supplied in high res digital files via download link.

 ESTATE AGENT PROPERTY PHOTOGRAPHY or VIDEOGRAPHY – PLEASE ASK FOR A PRICE

Did you know Drone Photography may increase considerably your property’s saleability? If you are planning on selling your property soon and looking to add something extra to the standard photo set, then drone photography may be the answer. Aerial photos and videos allow you to capture the scale of a property, it’s land/ gardens and the context of the property within the surrounding area.
Google’s Maps is often used to view satellite images; these captured images are often well out of date and not always a true  reflection of the property.
SkyTography’s drone images gives your potential buyers/customers a ‘helicopter’ view that will makes your property portfolio stand out amongst the rest when listed on property websites such as Rightmove etc.
SkyTography’s aerial photography can operate from ground level up to (the legal drone flight limit of) 400ft / 120m giving a great view of the property and layout.

I can also do customised packages to suit your situation.  I can perform basic roof and chimney inspections, I can do creative shoots too, and am happy to discuss whatever it is you want to get captured. My experience as a studio owner and photographer, wedding and event photographer would come in useful for any shoot. And am happy of course to combine drone footage/shots with more traditional photos for a complete package!
